Grand Pharma 2023 Future Leader is launched in 2023, and is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of young, professional and international leaders for the Group.
The program intends to recruit and select a group of young talents with professional knowledge, potential, leadership, ambition, self-driven, business sense and the ability to develop together with the Group, among master's degree/doctoral degree graduates within three years of graduation.
The program lasts for 3 years and is led by group‘s senior managers or above. The trainees have the opportunity to participate in international projects and exchange learning, and through working on projects and leading teams, and become core senior managers (including general managers of member enterprises, project chiefs and functional heads of business groups).

Job Requirements
1. English as a working language;
2. Experience in management is preferred, including but not limited to student union/society management, project management practice, etc.
3. High sense of responsibility, good self-motivation, excellent learning ability, potential for development and willingness to manage a team.
4. Clear logical thinking and strong communication skills.
